Oxalis Triangularis 'Purple Shamrock'
We have been searching everywhere for these sought-after houseplants, and we're really happy to have found some that are well established (and flowering!) They are just a joy - gorgeous deep purple leaves are peppered with tiny lilac flowers, and they move throughout the day, following the sun, until their leaves close up at night.
Light - Bright, indirect light - keep out of direct sun.
Water - Once a week or when the soil dried out in warmer months.
Tips - Oxalis can be quite dramatic, but despite it's delicate looking exterior, its actually pretty tough. It will droop dramatically if underwatered, but springs back in no time once it's had a drink. They also have a dormant period, usually in summer, where they will die back. Don't panic - you haven't killed it! Just stop watering and wait for new shoots to come through.
Pets - not pet friendly
Pot Size - 12cm. Approx 20cm tall.
Price is for plant only, does not include ceramic pot.
