If I order by local delivery, when will I receive my plants?

We are out doing local deliveries every Monday and Thursday. We will contact you the day before/the morning of delivery to ask for safe place instruction if you aren't going to be in. You can also add these in the notes section of the checkout page if you have specific instructions for us!

If I order by Royal Mail Tracked 48, when will I receive my plants?

We want to make sure that your plant arrives to you in the same top condition that it left us, so if you are placing an order for tracked delivery, any orders placed on a Friday or Saturday will be shipped to you the following Monday. This is so we can ensure that your plant pals won't be hanging around in a depot all weekend. We will make sure that we keep you updated regarding your order, as we know that if you're anything like us, you'll be excited to receive it!

Do you offer refunds or returns? 

We cannot offer refunds or returns for live plants. If there is ever an issue, then please just get in touch and we'll work it out together!

 

There's a plant I would like but you don't have it in stock!

We are keen to know what our customers would like to see us stock, so if you have a recommendation or suggestion then we'd love to hear from you! We are updating our stock as often as possible and due to changing availability we have a good turnover of fresh and exciting new plants. 

I've seen a plant on your website that I love, but I can't buy it right now - can I reserve it?

Unfortunately we cannot reserve plants for customers. If this changes then we'll let you know!
