If I order by local delivery, when will I receive my plants?

We are out doing local deliveries every Monday. We will contact you the day before/the morning of delivery to ask for safe place instructions if you aren't going to be in. You can also add these in the notes section of the checkout page if you have something that we need to know!

If I order by Royal Mail Tracked 48, when will I receive my plants?

We want to make sure that your plant arrives to you in the same top condition that it left us, so if you are placing an order for tracked delivery, they will be posted out to you on the next Monday. We will make sure that we keep you updated regarding your order, as we know that if you're anything like us, you'll be excited to receive it! If you have a specific date that you would like the plant to arrive by, then please message us and we will try to make sure this happens for you. 

Do you offer refunds or returns? 

We cannot offer refunds or returns for live plants. If there is ever an issue, then please just get in touch and we'll work it out together!

There's a plant I would like but you don't have it in stock!

We are keen to know what our customers would like to see us stock, so if you have a recommendation or suggestion then we'd love to hear from you! We are updating our stock as often as possible and due to changing availability we have a good turnover of fresh and exciting new plants. 

I've seen a plant on your website that I love, but I can't buy it right now - can I reserve it?

Unfortunately we cannot reserve plants for customers. If this changes then we'll let you know!
