If I order for click + collect, when will my plant be ready?

Straight away! If you have a specific day you would prefer to collect, please let us know in the 'notes' section on our checkout page

 

Do you offer refunds or returns? 

We cannot offer refunds or returns for live plants. If there is ever an issue, then please just get in touch and we'll work it out together!

There's a plant I would like but you don't have it in stock!

We are keen to know what our customers would like to see us stock, so if you have a recommendation or suggestion then we'd love to hear from you! We are updating our stock as often as possible and due to changing availability we have a good turnover of fresh and exciting new plants.

I've seen a plant on your website that I love, but I can't buy it right now - can I reserve it?

Unfortunately we cannot reserve plants for customers. If this changes then we'll let you know!
